The skills and characteristics that set you apart:  

• You have a passion for IT and processes as well as related topics. 
• You can make your technical knowledge easily accessible to others and act as a competent advisor to meet the challenges of your customers. 
• You work independently and self-organized and are also a good team player. You accept your own mistakes and those of others, learn from them and use them to grow.
• You have an eye for the big picture, you are result-oriented and occasionally question the status quo. You recognize opportunities and use them to consistently develop new topics.
• You enjoy familiarizing yourself with complex technical topics. You would like to learn about new topics and develop yourself further.
• You create trust through clear communication and reliable adherence to agreements. 
• You speak and write professionally in German and English.

You should also bring these technical basics with you:

• Successfully completed studies in IT, business or similar areas 
• Basic understanding of business capability as well as business processes and innovative technologies such as Data Analytics, AI, Cloud, Network, IT platforms 
• First professional experience in the project business 

Your tasks:

As a Digital Consultant (m/f/d) you will take on and develop the following tasks:

• Advice and support for companies with their projects in Digitalization, Business IT alignment and innovative technologies 
• Planning and controlling client projects 
• Analysis and preparation of our clients’ processes, organization and IT 
• Organisation, preparation, follow-up and implementation of client appointments, workshops and consultations 
• Preparation and structuring of information, creation of presentations 
• Research and development of concepts for innovative business & IT topics as well as their preparation
